01.Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the subscriber or user) and the provider of the Multi Pair Trading Indicators 5.6.1 indicator. By completing the subscription form, making payment or using the indicator in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to comply with them fully. 02.License & Usage Rights

Upon confirmed payment, you are granted a personal, non exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Multi Pair Trading Indicators 5.6.1 indicator solely for your own personal trading activities. The license is issued to a single MetaTrader 5 account and is valid only for the subscription period selected at the time of purchase.

You may not copy, duplicate, resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or transfer this indicator or its license to any other person or entity under any circumstances. You may not use this indicator on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party without prior written permission. You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, modify or extract the source code of this indicator in any form. You may not publish, upload or make the indicator file available on any website, marketplace, forum or file-sharing platform.

Any unauthorized sharing, reselling or redistribution of this indicator will result in immediate license termination without refund and may be subject to further legal action.

03.Payment & Delivery

Subscriptions are processed manually. After you submit your subscription form, we will review your request and send you a payment link via email. Your subscription becomes active only after your payment has been confirmed and verified by us.

The indicator file will be delivered to the email address you provided in the subscription form within 1 hour of confirmed payment, along with a step-by-step installation guide. It is your sole responsibility to provide a correct and accessible email address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes or spam filters. If you do not receive your indicator within 1 hour of confirmed payment, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp using the number provided in our communication.

04.Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly deliverable nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable once the indicator file has been delivered to your email address. We strongly encourage all potential subscribers to read all product information, review the performance details and direct any questions to us before completing their purchase.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have fully reviewed the product and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances after delivery, regardless of reason. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with the product information before proceeding.

You may not use the indicator for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction.

08.Support

We provide reasonable support for installation and basic usage questions related to the Multi Pair Trading Indicators 5.6.1 indicator. Support is available via WhatsApp and email. We do not provide trading advice, trade management guidance, account management services or guarantees of trading performance of any kind. We are not responsible for losses incurred as a result of your trading decisions, regardless of whether those decisions were based on the indicator's signals.
